The place I store my car is just north of London, so not at all convenient. It's $250 for the winter, heated to about 5 degrees. The problem is access and wrenching - no wrenching there, aside from some little things like changing wheels. They don't want fluid leakage all over the floor, tools all over the place and people in and out all the time.
