Hi George, have you checked out the AIM EVO4 + Mychron3 dash? I just bought one and it interfaces with CAN. You get the following channels from CAN:

RPM
Throttle Position Sensor
Pedal position sensor
Front Left wheel speed
Front Right wheel speed
Rear Left wheel speed
Rear right wheel speed
Boost pressure
Water temperature
Oil temperature
Oil pressure
Steering angle
Steering speed
Brake switch
Engaged gear
Fuel level

I've also created a forum post on the GT3 forum with details and pics of the unit. The software is excellent with a HUGE userbase from karting. Lots of youtube tutorials for example. Let me know if you want more info.

Have you installed it?
How exactly does the CAN link to the ecu?
Did you have to splice two wires?

Where did you purchase it from?

It's being installed later this week at EU Autowerks. It links to the CAN system through two wires that you need to splice into the ECU wiring or any CAN+ and CAN- signal (you can tap it up front as well). Here is the document that describes the channels you get and how to connect it: ECU Connection.

I purchased it from Joe Cooley @ Circuitmotorsports. He gave me a special Rennlist price and he's been great at answering questions and explaining how things work. They retail for $1,399, but you can get it for lower than that from Joe. Tell Joe I sent you so you can get the same deal.

In case you haven't seen my post on the GT3 forum, I did in-depth research on the different units and found the AIM software to be by far the best in the sub $2k category. The best is Motec, but then you're looking at $5k+ for the system.

Here are some pics of the unit with a business card as a size reference:
