Default Garage Recommendation for oil change in GTA

Hey guys,

Its the time of the year to get an oil change, does anyone have any suggestion of a reliable garage that I can take my ride to get it done at a reasonable price.

Thanks in advance,

Ray

Depends where you are but Mantis in Oakville, EU Autowerks in Woodbridge and G-Tek in the east end of Toronto get positive feedback.

Try using the search function.

what car do you have? what type of oil do you want to use? what do you consider reasonable price?
my 911 costs me $200 for 12 litres of synthetic, 2 filters and 1 hour labour...I beleive someone said Autoworks quoted $300 for the same job.

My advice would be your own garage. Really, it's very easy to do. I do them regularly on my car, and also did them on my boxster when I had it. Piece of cake on both cars.

Where do you dispose of the removed oil?

Here in Mississauga I take it to the transfer station and they take it for free. I just save the 4.5L jugs and fill them up and then take it in. I've got some from the oil change on the bike this weekend that I have to take back. Bought Motil for the bike for the first time, I usually use Mobil but decided to try it as the bike shop was real high on this oil - looks blood red going in - almost brake fluid colour - weird.
