I remember working on my 944 once and dragged my halogen lamp under the car to work on the suspension .. ( you know .. those recangle ones ) about ten minutes later I smelled rubber burning . the damn light had melted my tire ...

My brother-in-law bought a couple of those electric heaters with oil in them from CT and I can't believe how well they work...
