Default GTA's Best Driving Roads

I'm sure we all get sick of driving the GTA's crowded and idiot-filled roads everyday... so share your favourite driving roads in and outside of the GTA! I'm talking nicely paved, winding roads, throw in some hills and the odd hairpin... do these exist around Toronto?

Where do you go for your Sunday drive?
