I had my wheels scratch at Autowerks, right after they had them refinished in
another shop; they gave me a small discount, since to redo the wheel again,
it would take another full week without my car.

Also, the deal was they were also supposed to paint the wheels, and they did not.
They just polished it. Again they apologised, but I am not impressed.
However, both Courtney and Dominic are nice guys.
There is more, but I am going to stop here.

had hem install my tires on my rims, no issues ay all, they have also done all the upgrades to my car, again no issue at all, fair, honest and upfront, no playing games at all.
