I did it!
Thank you to all of you have provided valuable advice in the last little while. I finally did it. This afternoon I picked up a Guards Red 2006 Carrera S Cabriolet. It has 54,226km and 9.5 weeks of factory warranty remaining. The car has the following options:
Sand Beige Leather Seats
Sand Beige Floor Mats
Power Seat Package
Porsche Crest in Headrest
Tiptronic S
Heated Seat
19" Classic Wheels
Wheel Caps with Color Crests
Navigation for PCM
Bose High End Sound Package
I ended up getting the seller to put on brand new rear tires and to do an alignment. Ended up paying just under $62k for the car.
Didn't have time to take pictures yet. Will do so later and post.

Sweet. Any chance this is the one that was on Kijiji being sold by Alex in Oakville? If so I saw this car back in the summer at Mantis when I was picking my car up there when I bought it. Alex also administered the sale of my car.
