I remember growing up as a kid in the UK watching some PSA's. they weren't as exotic as this in the 70's just a policeman on TV telling you the rules of the road .. They were quite efective actually and served to " educate" the ignorant. The most popular one was telling people to stay out of the passing lane unless you are passing. .. as this causes agresive drving if you cruise out there... that was 30 years ago .. sound familiar ?
