A neighbours buddy dropped by and was saying his bike had a porsche engine on it. Said it was a 10sec bike.
I didn't get a chance to have a look as i was drying my car (black hates dried on water spots).
I dunno if he was blowing smoke up my *** or not. I'll look closer next time he's by.
Anyone hear of such an animal?

Harley Davidson v-rod. Porsche did some engineering work for it. So your friend is correct.

Correct - it's a 12 to 12 and half second bike unmodified. 11.3 is about right for one with a different clutch, pipes and other goodies. Google V Rod 1/4 mile times and you'll see same results. 10 seconds is smoke blowing. ![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Nice bike either way.
