Sad but true - have a look if you're looking for a Canadian GT3 that's perfectly suited for the track.

The car is at my cottage in Tremblant, I'll post some more pics this weekend! I'm happy to expand on the history of the car as well - please PM or email for more details.
Cheers,
Bryan

What is so special about a Canadian Porsche over a U.S. one?
Do they have better crew of Germans building Canadian cars?
I've found U.S. cars to be better optioned and better maintained myself.

There's a few reasons that I pointed out that it's a Canadian car.
1. It's simpler for a Canadian to buy and the price i'm quoting is in Canadian funds.
2. It's under warranty and Canadian dealers have a reputation of being favorable on marginal warranty claims for cars that have seen the track when they haven't been imported from the US
3. The super crew of germans tasked specifically with assembling GT3s destined from Canada, as you pointed out.
With regard to US cars being better maintained than Canadian cars, I'm not sure I would generalize like that. I believe it comes down to the individual owners in question and this car has been really well taken car of.
Cheers,
Bryan

Nice car Bryan. Good luck with the sale. Even with my current ride (pictured), I STILL miss my 2004 GT3. Certainly takes you places other cars can only dream of!
