Some shameless self-promotion...well for my wife Barbara anyway. A pilot TV show called "Throwing Stones" she co-stars in will be airing on CBC in the hopes of getting picked up for the season. It tested very high (among the best ever for CBC), but they are sitting on the fence because it's more of a half-hour drama and their bureaucracy says that comedies are half-hour and dramas are one-hour.
Try to watch it or at least set your PVR's to record it so that it get logged and tell all your friends and co-workers too. I'll post more info as it becomes available, but here's the IMDB link: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1267304/combined

That's my birthday, so I doubt I'll be in front of the TV! We don't have a PVR, and we haven't used our VHS in years - I doubt it still works. But I'd like to see it - any chance it'll be available online, either legit or through more, erm, nefarious channels?

really? some good looking actresses in it. hopefully they like getting drunk and getting dirty. I like another .5 hour drama called Californication. Don't mind it when they are like that.
