Default Where can I get driving gloves?

Can you guys suggest a place to buy gloves for the track, preferably in the east end or downtown. I was going to go to CSC but I see they are not open on Saturdays anymore.

thanks

Howdy,
If you need driving gloves specifically to drive at Le Circuit with RSR this Spring, wear ski gloves!
This summer? Rubber waterproof garden gloves. Autumn? See Spring.

Or, if you want to get a little fancier, there's a Canadian company, Leaf Racewear:

CSC will UPS them to your door for next day if you want. I have ordered a few items from them lately that way.

Lightbulb Porsche Design Driving gloves

Searching on Porsche Design Driving gloves, brought me up in this thread.

I need a set of gloves to use in my Boxster, with my tonneau cover in the rain.

What I found out and would like to ad to this thread is that driver’s gloves can be identified from other types because they have external seams so that they are seamless inside for comfort. Open knuckles and back for maximum flexibility, and reduced stress points on the leather. Punched holes on fingers for breathability and a stud fastener closure on the back for proper fit around the wrist.

The finest driving gloves for street road racing, are handsewn using soft rare Peccary glove leather. Said to be "the world’s rarest and most luxurious gloving leather," by Dents in England (since 1777). Peccary leather is buttery soft, and hard wearing. Peccary is a difficult leather to sew. Hand stitching is a very time consuming and skilled process.

The unlined designs will keep you in touch with your fingers senses so you never lose that layer of sensitivity from lined gloves and will improve your grip on the steering wheel. Your driving glove should give you a close fit that conforms to your hand's anatomy. And like OJ can tell you, they should be on the small size side, so that they have to stretch to fit your hand.

At first I found the Porsche Design, (like DeAd-EyE;6624353 suggested) of course at list price. Then I found them cheaper.

Further searching led me to a Driving glove maker in Germany, who has driving gloves hand stitched in South America, close to the source of the Peccary. They have a lot more choices and colors. They seem serious about driving gloves. You can find them cheaper on eBay.

You can see how made of Peccary, driving gloves have external seams, open knuckles, open backs, ventilation holes, and snaps.
