Not enough info to tell anything really . Why a rebuild or parts if it is running fine ? Do you know the motor is shot ? If it is then rebuilding a 2.7 is a money pit. Might make a neat little run around car if it is well sorted. But I have no idea how much this guy is asking. can't be worth more than 10K with a 2.7 init.

 

I just figured if he was trading it for a truck or tractor....

 

I don't know to much about trucks .. but it sure looks like a big one he wants ... any er ..... rednecks that can comment
