Smile Picture of my 951

Here is a picture of my 1986' 951 with 82k US car. It has a Authority MAF, K27-6 Turbo. Koni Adjustable suspension, APE short-shifter, 928 S4 brakes and Authority Stage 2 chip.

heh, not sure if you're making fun of me I have limited knowledge with modifications. They came with the car. Here is a list of upgrades which i also posted in the turbo forum.

The suspension, brakes, chips, turbo conversion and short-shift are all from powerhaus.com

The suspension is:

Suspension Packages - Street & Track - All Models

Our recommended setup for the 944 Turbo - soft enough for daily use, and firm enough for even the hardest weekend club driving.

I. Koni Adjustable Sport Front Struts, pair (very limited availability)
Koni Sport Front Double-Adj. w/ threaded body, pair
No longer available
Koni Adjustable Sport Rear Shocks, pair

Brakes:

1. Brembo “Turbo S” Big Brake Package: 305mm vented & slotted front rotors (cross-drilled optional), 928S4 calipers, pads, proportioning valve, and PH billet aluminum caliper & rotor adapters (1986 only). A 50% increase in brake pad area. For 1986 model Turbos, too - no machining or changing spindles -
a PowerHaus Exclusive! - Mine are slotted.

Turbo/MAF/Chip:

1a. PH K-27-DR Turbo Conversion: A special quick-spool version of our K-27 that combines the top-end power of the #8 turbine with the low rpm responsiveness of the smaller #6 turbine. Ideal for drivers seeking the most performance from their 944 Turbo. A PowerHaus Exclusive!

5. PH Mass Flow Sensor: The next upgrade is the PH Mass Flow Sensor for the 944 Turbo. This includes a pair of custom computer chips for the Mass Flow, as well as a K&N cone filter.

"PH can customize the chips and sensor for the K-27 turbo, as well as any other engine modifications. The Mass Flow (hot wire) sensor makes the throttle response much faster, offering big drivability gains throughout the rev range. Overall horsepower and torque is greatly improved, especially when used with our K-27 turbo. We recommend buying the Mass Flow at the same time as the K-27 turbocharger to prevent buying chips twice, and as we will modify the kit at no extra charge to fit directly to the PH K-27 turbo with no headaches"

I assume i have the 3 bar Bosch FPR too. All this stuff came with the car when i bought it. I am a bit confused with the product lines.. Some say Authority, APE and PowerHaus .. I assume they are all the same thing.

I also have the Raceware Head Stud upgrade. Any Rennlister thoughts on these products?

I have an NA...so no I'm not makin fun. Looks like the PO did alot to your car, you're all set you shouldn't have to do anything except maintain her. If you're not handy, there are lots of shops around Toronto that can help you with the maintenance.

Yep. I waited until i found one that was the right colour, the right seller - and with a few mods that i was interested in i.e. suspension/turbo.

She is a rocket! I never been on the track yet. I'm hoping to be doing that this summer.

Actually, it's the black ones that are the fastest and I didn't even know that until after I bought mine. You can imagine my jubilation when I found out.

Congrats on the 951. It looks great!
