Question:

If you fight a parking ticket and loose, does the total amount payable increase (i.e. do u have to pay court fees and etc, or just the value indicated on the ticket?)

less than a year ago a story ran that if you apply to fight a parking ticket in gta it just got cancelled as courts couldn't handle it.
fine should be same as increased amount, as shown on ticket

 

yeah i don't have the "voluntary payment" option so i guess if fighting it won't cost me more, i might as well?

 

I'm still waiting for a court date for a $30 ticket from 2007 and a $60 ticket from 2008. I read the same article Danny was talking about. The city won't write off the $30 tickets. They are trying to come up with a tribunal so you could go in on weekends and plead your case.

 

Clog up the system people and stick it to these money hungry theifs.
