Default Paint for asphalt

Anyone know where I can get paint for asphalt ? (My garage floor is finished in this). Rather than holding up a dept of Works vehicle while they are taking a well deserved break from painting left turn lanes, I have asked most of the usual paint places and they say that they don't carry any such product. Going the tiling route may be the only option otherwise (however, comparatively pretty expensive, at about $5/sq ft X 300). Appreciate any insights.

I wonder if a latex paint for concrete would work? Or you could get a thick asphalt sealant put down to make it smooth then the Latex paint?

Thanks Gents for your input. I will look into a pavement sealer/possible latex top coat. However, after having seen Phil's showroom tile work spectacular (and all in at 2.5 hours - now did that include a break for a glass of Shiraz and a Cuban or was that solid non governmental labour), I might also consider the tile approach (no need for me to worry about melting ice either)
