Well the snow if flying up here in the Great White North ... Which means it's time to dust off your XBox 360, Force Feedback Steering Wheel, and find your copy of Forza Motorsport 2 ... our Sunday Morning Racing League is ready to kick off for the 2008 - 2009 season! :thumbs:

Your cousins over at the Corvette Forum are anxious for you all to join in on the fun again ... But we don't want any repeats of those dirty drive techniques you guys were using last season! Just kidding!!!

If you are interested in participating ... make sure you have an XBox Live account all set up ... and just post to this thread your Name, and your XBox Live Gamer Tag.

Next, make sure that if your XBox is connecting to the internet through a router, make sure that it is set up correctly, so that you can join games ... test it out before Sunday morning ... and add me, and as many of the other guys listed below, as friends on your XBox account ... when you log on, then you will be invited to join the game.

So ... Next Sunday ... December 14th ... 9:00A ... It's Race Time!!!!

We will run the R4 Class cars ... these cars are from the Speed World Challenge GT Series ... so there are some Vette's C6 and C6 Z06 ... and Porche GT3 Cup cars of the same spec .... should be fun!

Anyway I continue to hone my skills in the developmental league in hope of a future call up . Now if I could only get this Opel Manta around the track without rolling it over we will be fine ..

i sold the xbox...will try to break into my cousin's house for this one...then again i'm probably better off sending him on my behalf...skill ranking seems to be Greg in 1st followed by me tied with every 10 year old on the planet...

Cleanme has it.

I passed on it. Will wait for the full version before going and getting a PS3.

I've been on with a lot of people who have both and they say that Forza 2 physics are more realistic and GT5 prologue doesn't come close to it.

It'll do me well to get up early on a Sunday for once.

Besides, the girlfriend will still be asleep and I will have nothing to distract me. It also saves me from the "you're too old for video games" vs. "actually, honey it's a simulator" argument.
