It's guys like this, and my belief in Natural Selection that makes me think the lack of a helmet law in some states is completely acceptable.

Oh wow, that's just unbelievably hilarious! It's just SO fitting that he wipes out at the end! Though I give the guy complete credit for having the ***** to be that cheeky in court. The judge *was* pretty hot...
