Just had 2 Windshield Stone Chips Fixed Cheap
I didn't want the cold weather to expand the stone chips on my windshield, so I had the 2 stone chips fixed cheap at X-Press Auto Glass repair kiosk at Canadian Tire on Hwy#48 Stouffville. Nabil, fixed both stone chips for $60 cash (tax included) and with a receipt to boot.
Not everyone lives near Souffville, so the message is if you get a stone chip you can negiotiate the price down if the damage isn't too bad and don't wait too long to get them fixed.

...mine the damage was basically two dings within the glass so they drilled a small hole so they could use a syringe to force clear liquid to fill the small cracks. It works well but I can see the imperfection if I look closely at certain angles. they advised NOT to leave the damage too long as dirt and crud get in and make it harder to conceal to fix.
