Replacement wipers
I always get mine at mantis, sort of an afterthought when I'm in there usually, or demanded via UCR tech inspection. They're not overly expensive, maybe $20 or $30 for the pair - they're just regular Bosch, but a weird size, if I'm not mistaken.
Sorry, didn't realize you were on the far end. Try the UCR list of tech centres, though the site seems to have been down all day. I would think any of them would stock them, and at prices better than the dealerships. Here's the link I have in my bookmarks (could be stale):

You could try your local NAPA parts store as well. I replaced the fronts on my '91 from Crappy Tire, but had to get the rear from Mantis via Porsche. They were the only ones that had the weird rear wiper clip. I called NAPA and they had a rear in stock but I never got to the shop in time.
I don't know if or how much the wipers changed from 1972 to 1996, but the blades on my car attach exactly the same way they did on our 2004 Ford Explorer and presumably the same as our 01 Honda Odyssey (haven't changed those yet). If yours are the same as mine (and I suspect they are) all you need is the length, then just pick your brand at Canadian Tire. Make sure you measure both - they're often different lengths. The only difference is that specialty shops may carry higher end brands, but really, they're just wiper blades.
Never, NEVER tell the meathead at the parts counter at CT it's for a Porsche. "Ohhhh, we don't have those in our book". Yeah, no **** you don't, but it's still just wiper blades!

What I did for my 928 was to remove both and match the length up at CT. I got the ones that were every so slightly longer than the originals and they worked great. Interestingly, the cheapest ones (metal), seem to work the best. They have the lowest profile of the "conventional" design type so they resist lift at higher speeds and they are only $7 each.
