I must say that I'm very impressed with the service I received from eshine Canada a company that sells detailing products.
I placed an order with them to get a PC and other goodies including a clay bar lube . The package arrived on time, well packed etc, but there was no lube. Instead there was a nice set of clay bars. These clay bars are apparently the cats meow according to posts on Autopia, so I figured I would keep them since they came my way. I emailed Chris the owner and told him of the mistake on the order. I offered to pay for the clay bars and asked if he would ship the lube missing. His response was that his customers do not pay for his mistakes and I was welcomed to keep and enjoy the bars free of charge while he would promptly send me the missing lube! In minutes from this email I received a notification that his shipping company has a package to deliver to me!
Now THAT is what I call service and I feel that this company deserves the public credit...

I will have to check them out.
This is what I love about the internet. It has turned the customer-retailer relationship around. For a while you got screwed by retailers and there was nothing you could do about it so the retailers continued to screws. Now, if a retailer screws people over they get called out on the internet and lose a lot of their business. On the opposite end, if a retailer does a good job a lot of people will know about it and get rewarded with increased business.
