I think Jumper is right. This is more likely a special edition than an RS.
It doesn't appear to be the Cayman S Sport they recently announced. It does share paint work and the PCCBs but the diffusers and spoilers are clearly different. The suspension also appears (at least to me) more aggressive than the S Sport.

I think introducing a Cayman RS, as unlikely as it may be would be great if it were really an RS i.e. devoid of any unnecessary items that add weight etc.
Actually Audi's will be raced in the GT3 class and I bet they will be able to keep up to the F-Cars unlike the 911's.

I think you're right... Porsche will never allow that to happen. In RS form the Cayman would be even lighter and stiffer than it is in its present form, even without a HP bump it would most likely challenge the GT3 and other P-car models in performance.
