Photographer on 400 northbound
Did anyone else see the photographer positioned on the far side of an overpass and behind a sign mounted on the railings. This was on the northbound side on the first bridge after climbing out of the Holland Marsh. Its about 3 ks out and it follows a long right sweeping curve. Great spot to take pictures while being invisible to the cars.
