Toronto to Mont Tremblant
Hi guys , need help...if going from Toronto to Mont Tremblant, is it best to go up through Ottawa or go up from Montreal?

I cut through Hawkesbury and Lachute then head up through Morin Heights, then Ste.-Agathe and finally St.-Jovite rather than deal with the congestion getting into Mtl on the 20 or 40 to get to the 13 and 15. It's also a bit more interesting of a drive than the usual highways.

Drifting
Depends if you want the quickest way or a more scenic route. Doing the 401/20 all the way to Montreal is not much fun but it is fast, straight, and multi lane. Distance wise it looks like if you go Peterborough - Ottawa via hwy 7 and then onto Tremblant you save about 100km it's all single lane stuff but it's much more scenic. Also, consider what Montreal traffic might be like the time of day you get there.
