I'm taking my first decent road trip in my 81 SC on Monday, Calgary to Athabasca, and back again Tuesday.

Just in case I break down...

Who's a good mechanic in the Edmonton area.

Eurasia motors will do you fine, ask for Paul. As well, Norden the Porsche dealer has a long, long time mechanic but can't remember his name right now not sure if he is still there (sorry, will update after the weekend).

Why are you going to Athabasca?

Thanks for the replies, guys.

I ended up taking the daily driver, but I'll be porsching it up there in a 3 or 4 weeks, and don't want to set out without instructions on where my car should be towed, in the event that it has to be taken somewhere.
