Looks like jumper is out. This evening my engine had a major problem and it's misfiring on cylinders 1, 3, and 5. The car won't be able to make it to this Sunday's track event.
Hopefully I will be able to get this fixed without replacing the engine, if not I'll be out for the season.

I am hoping it just the coils, weird thing was I just shifted from 1st to second, was on the throttle and the car just lost power and engine light came on.

 

Was it just misfiring or did you also get some metallic rattling sounds? Solid CEL or flashing?

 

There wasn't any rattling noise, solid cell and when you give it gas starts blinking then goes solid again at idle.
The exhaust note sound very muffled with one side kinda hiccuping. Acceleration is sorta jerky.

 

Who are you bringing it to? Maybe you should have it flatbedded.

 

It's over at Brents, coil packs and plugs checked tomorrow followed by compression and leak test if the coils are not the issue.

 

i had a misfire on 2 or 3 cylinders way earlier in my car's life (my one and only CEL).
replaced the coils and it was honkey dory ever since.

i doubt your motor is toast man.
