I feel I need to tell everyone about my experience with Courtney and Domenic yesterday.
So at the end of last summer, my coolant expansion tank starts leaking. I take it to Autowerks and they replace it with a new one, no big deal. So yesterday it starts leaking again. I know it's a common problem with them so fine I drive to Autowerks and Domenic looks at it.
While he we're standing outside my car, some lady at the gas station, driving a brand new 335 starts backing up really close to my car. I'm thinking she's going to stop, but Domenic jumps between the cars and tries to get her attention. Well she backs right up and crushes his leg between our bumpers!! His leg is now killing him, and I'm glad it doesn't seem overly serious, but it was pretty heroic of him to do this. And in the end he did save my bumper from any serious damage.
Anyway getting back to the cracked expansion tank, Autowerks replaced the tank free of charge, including labor. They went beyond good customer service not only to go after Porsche to try to get the tank covered, but they did the labor for free.
I've taken my car to them since I got it, and refered several people who have all been very happy....

I would rather see my car destroyed than anyone hurt. I hope Domenic recovers quickly.

From the web site.....if my math is correct, over 20 yrs 944 experience. A pleasure to do business with.
Courtney Walsh is a Master Porsche Technician with over twenty years of factory experience servicing fine european automobiles.
Courtney began his history with Porsche in 1987 with Downtown Fine Cars, while there he also particpated in the Rothmans Porsche turbo cup series with drivers Richard Spenard and Dave Empringham where they won 2 championships together. After that series folded, he worked a season with Canaska Racing in the Firehawk series where the team won the 24 hour race at Mosport that year.
In 1993 Courtney moved to Pfaff Porsche and took some time off from racing yet to return in 1998 with Fiorano in the Motorolla cup and Grand- am cup series mastering suspension tuning during this time.
Professionally, Courtney was reaquired by Downtown Fine Cars where he honed his technical skills achieving his Porsche Master Technician status in 2002.
The highlight of his racing career came in 2004 in combination with Doncaster Racing, winning the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona . That same year Courtney successfully opened E.U. Autowerks
