been with telus for a while..after my 1st contract expired they started billing me on a monthly-ish basis for the service so i could opt out at any time. they gave me a resigning incentive so i signed on for 3 years.
no complaints other than i need to stop using it for frivilous otherwise my bill will be stupidly huge.
