Default Driving Lessons... for my wife!

Hi Folks,

I'm in balmy Vancouver (not balmy this week) and I'd like to get my wife some proper driving lessons that will teach her how to drive a manual. She really enjoys riding in the 986S but I think she'd really enjoy driving it!

Besides, if she gets hooked, I wonder if that would be a nice lead to another p-car?

Anyway, will Young Drivers or some other place offer lessons?

Cheers,

Jonn

Young Drivers does offer a manual transmission course; my daughter did it last year. Better to use up their clutch than yours!

+1

Almost every school should have a course tailored for this.

I suppose Young Drivers probably has the best reputation in a major city? Rather than going with Joe-No-Name Driving School?

Yes, best rep. They are usually the most expensive as well.

Toronto has Shifters (where I learned stick), but I don't think they're in Vancouver.
