Default Which Cordless Phone do you have with your wireless network?

Here's two that are both DECT 6.0

I've heard good reviews about the sound/call quality of the
Panasonic KXTG1033S
http://www.bestbuy.ca/catalog/prodde...3&catid=24735#

but I havent seen any reviews on the Philips CD4453B/37
http://www.bestbuy.ca/catalog/prodde...55&catid=24735

Anyone have any experience with either of the two?

I'm less interested in phone features. Sound/Call quality is most
important to me.

thanks!

I've got a friend with the Panasonic set and he swears by them. No problems at all with his wireless setup. I was thinking of picking up a set my self.

I have the 5.8Ghz Panasonic and it's still not great with the wireless. I mean it doesn't constantly drop the connection like the 2.4Ghz did but the quality isn't that great. Sometimes its like you're in a tunnel. Not sure if that has anything to do with the wireless or if they are just crappy phones.

I had a 5.8Ghz Panasonic set exactly per the picture and zero problems with my wireless set. Works perfect with no dropped calls in 4 months. Had the 2.4Ghz and once in a while I heard static, but none with the new set.
My wireless router is a Linksys 2.4.

I have the Panasonic (or a slightly earlier version) on my home office line, which is in the room next to the wireless router. It's a bit quiet, but the quality is fine, no interruption with the wireless signal, etc. Our wireless signal, however, is miserable. Painfully slow speeds, as bad as dialup, sometimes worse.

The Panasonic was recommended by the girl I talked to at Staples when I bought it - she said that's what they use for their in-store communications.

Clive,
If you're referring to the phones above - they don't work on a wireless
network, they're regular bell line cordless phones but they don't operate
within the same bandwidth as wireless network devices (to date),
and so there is not supposed to be interference from these networks.

So it's supposed to be a cleaner line. If you don't have a wireless
network running, then no benefit from a phone like this.
