Worked a charm, thanks! Now, will I get an alert when I approach a speed trap or a red light camera?

james,
I loaded these files as well on my new Garmin "gift to self" and they work great. You get a tone to alert you in advance.

What's the matter with a good old detector. I've had one for years and it's saved my butt tonnes-o-times. They catch you with it, you pay a $250ish fine and no points. One speeding ticket alone could be over $250. I know they're illegal, but so is speeding!

Sorry JDSStudios got pulled away on business and have not been back here in a while... I have a passport 8500 (wireless) that I have velcro'd to the dash. However, I recently got a K40 installed.
