I've seen Metro use a stealth mini van on Royal York Rd. doing speed enforcement. You wouldn't think it's a police vehicle until you see the markings up close.

Clearly visible numerous police cars with full tribal paint and light bars equals a real effort a deterrence, public safety and education. Unmarked stealth ordinary vehicles smacks of entrapment and revenue collection IMHO.

I just leave it in 2nd gear now, no point for any other gears. It almost like driving auto.

PMC = private military company that handles security.

Blackwater is one of those American companies that the government offloaded security of VIP's too. They got into "****" because they more or less ignored the rules of engagement. I dont think they lost their contract or anything happened, cause lets face it, the PMC can pretty much get away with stuff the U.S. Army can't so they're happy to let the go nuts.

Hence, while police are too busy handling street racers and speeding, we get a provincial contract for our PMC to handle gang related matters and clean up toronto. As long as our arrest record make the OPP look bad, they'll shift focus off speeding and back to where it really matters, handling all the things that Crazy Canuck mentioned.

smells of entrapment but it isn't, unfortunatly. if you voluntarily race the guy, its not entrapment, its just undercover work.

now if he MADE you in some way race him, then it would be entrapment.
