Do Canadian 993 Carreras have OBDII ?

Default Do Canadian 993 Carreras have OBDII ?
I know '95 U.S. models don't have the OBDII system, but do the '96-'98 Canadian cars have the same system as the U.S. cars and do they also suffer from the dreaded CEL for SAI clogging?

I thought OBII started in 98 for all cars?

1996 +

This is also one reason why 1995 F355 Ferrari's are more coveted than the later 97-99 cars.
