There's also a similar Atom for sale now at an asking price of $76K.

there's another tricycle company that a friend of mine's brother owns..i believe Trex actually sued them but lost a case against em.
in either case..the tricycle isn't really attracting my attention...i prefer the atom but that's just me.
i was revewing rules RE kit cars/hot rods and if I bring in an atom i can have brammo declared as chassis manufacturer and get a VIN# assigned to it since it has all the saftey features required by a car (signals, lights, speedo etc).

its been narrowed down to a 996TT or a Cobra for the street.
race car i'll pick up in a year or so regardless of what i pick up for street use...no GT3 for street use because that money can go towards the race car, such as an FF1600 which is like 1/5th the cost and still pulls fast laptimes when driven well...plus fun factor off the charts.
happy easter

If you're in the market for the Atom, then you should seriously look at the Radical as an alternative. Drives much better, Looks great. http://www.evo.co.uk/carreviews/evoc...dical_sr3.html

Gee, I kinda thought JJ was picking on you, but now I'm not so sure. I get the 996TT, I get the Ariel Atom, I almost, but not quite get the ff1600, but when you got to the 996TT or a Cobra, well....
You can't say 996TT and Cobra in the same sentence. And I am the happy owner of a 515 HP Superformance MkIII. This isn't beauty and the beast, it's more like a newborn and SATAN. In one case you drive the snot out of the car and it works with you, in the other case you drive the snot out of the car and it fights back and beats the s*!t out of you - which is kind of fun, but not every day.
BTW, if Brammo could be registered as the chassis manuf,. and could license the Ariel on the street, don't you think they would?

^ yeah that's a good point.
anyhow, a rennlister was nice enough to take me for a boot in his stage 2 TT and his 997GT3. It's settled...TT it is. No substitute.
