I was having a really really bad a$$ day yesterday,
and actually today is also my birthday, which made it a double, kick in the teeth.
The post was more tongue in cheek, cheeck out my avatar, yes I drive a Porsche. (or did), maybe possibly do a search, having leearnt the block feature, search should be a piece of cake.

TBH, I should have tweaked it to be a bit more obvious it was a bit of a leg pull.

But didnt get back on line, to do a follow up post.

Yes of course you dufus, I LOVED ALL THE PICS F THE CARS, I've not been able to get to a GTA nor likly since my sat schedule changed. Which made me even more jealous, seeing the line up of cars.

IN the UK, I ran a region and had regular turn outs of 20-30 water coolers so I know what it means and how it feels.

BTW I wasnt actually having a go at any one person, just letting of steam

You should try walking the past 24 hours (week even) in my shoes my brother.
And see if the worst you do is, have a silly little non-sensical rant on a forum with people you know.

I am actually at my wits end and 911 was nearly called last night, to add insult to injury my folks are landig on Thursday annd they'll be landing in the middle of (as an american president once said) THE MOTHER OF ALL WARS , and all they came was to enjoy there G./daughter they ant ever seen.

So back the hell up of my *** and try doing a search, and interpretting humour, black, non-sensical or otherwise, I;'m not a newbie, check out my post count... mr, Renlist addict.

And to others who maybe didnt appreciate my rant I apologise, it was a joke and not anything malicous wi=hich I think most people would get who read my posts and have also edited out the offensive part...

In the noble tradition of Rennlist, I think Mr Jaye will be a bit calmer with perspective, and I doubt if Eshel will worry about a single negative comment about his brilliant car.Peace and love , brothers!, we are only days away from the ceremonial lighting of the Spring Stogie

I was going to reply with a somewhat similar response to akw, which I must say was quite insightful,
fortunately the GT2 has had a calming effect on me, either that or I'm getting old. But the real reason is I received an email today can't mention who sent it, and it goes something like this.

"Just spent 1100 miles in a GT2 RS and GT3 RS on "deleted name of track" and the back roads of central California. While the new car is indeed a beast, most easily noted while passing F430 Scuds on track like gnats, (Best Part ) it really doesn't *feel* 100-hp faster than your car, and its powerband is peakier, with an almost unusable "last rush" from 6000 rpm to redline (it happens so quickly in second gear you have to learn it to beat the rev limiter on the upshift to third). The GT2 RS also doesn't feel as refined or dual-nature as your car."

Eshel,
what I really want to know is, how did your wife take the news of the new car?
- Are you sleeping in the garage?
- Did you spend a very expensive Sunday at Holt Renfrew?
- Is the GT2 ownership in her name along with everything else except for a rusty 10-speed bike?

Inquiring minds want to know!

Better than Expected, since my brother in law with the ZR1 is buying the turbo
for my sister in law. Can't wait to see the inlaws reaction to all 3 on their driveway. I'll see if I can get them to join us at Starbucks.

- Are you sleeping in the garage? Nope, although I really want to.

- Did you spend a very expensive Sunday at Holt Renfrew? Probably soon.

- Is the GT2 ownership in her name along with everything else except for a rusty 10-speed bike? That would be prudent...

That is an awesome NEW RIDE Eshel. Many happy miles with it. Hope that your back pains are short lived, so that people can see you smiling as you get in and out of it, not just while you're driving it. Definitely in for that Stoogie this coming weekend to celebrate, new cars, new season, new automotive dreams and challenges, and new languages? ("somforbe on a gurled"...)
