Phil: Ain't business travel fun? I was in Nashville & Atlanta this week, Ft Myers, Clearwater/Tampa next. I'll see the ocean at 75 mph as I whiz over the St Pete's bridge in my Hertz minivan. My wife used to be jealous until I took her on a trip or two.

Only got a spot on level 6 this week...I guess they didn't see the "reserved for 996 C4S" sign near the doors!
In Edmonton until 5 pm today then fly home...think the wife wants to go to Nuit Blanche in the city tonight. Great, no sleep tonight too.

Yeah it seems all the sophistimicated people go, it sounds pretty cool though. From my understanding a bunch of outdoor art pieces, some interactive. It's also part exploration it looks like.

Well I missed it due to mechanical problems with the plane from Edmonton. I ended up landing at 2:30 am so I just went straight home. My wife went and said it was spectacular with thousands of people on the streets taking in the performances and exhibits. She said she felt so proud of the city for putting on such a world class event.
Well maybe next year for me.

Stef and I did Nuit Blanche last night too - it was awesome! So cool to see such a highly organized event with so much going on and so many people out at crazy hours of the night/morning. We also realized that we spend very little time actually walking around the city, esp. the campus. It's kind of cool walking on the street on Queen's Park circle, where I'm usually barrelling around 70 km/h, with not a car in sight!

Too bad it only happens once a year, but next year definitely go if you didn't this year.

Whats the error? I remeber signing up a long time ago and there was some issue. I think it was just an type or incorrect link and I was able to figure out the proper one.

It said something like registration disabled or not permitted, but I just tried again and it worked fine. Waiting for the activation email now. I thought I registered there a long time ago, but I guess not.
