His neighbour just sold for 1.9. I would give my right arm to own that crappy house....lol
He doesn't seem eager to sell but according to him if someone is willing to pay that, why keep it.
If he intended on selling it I don't think he would of went so extreme with the spec. I'm just glad I got a chance to back it in his garage and drive it to a photo shoot. Awesome, Awesome car....house and car, I would be armless. Btw I've been on this site in the shadows for years now, I think this community is great and one day when I own one myself ....I'll jump out the closet. i guess I was just a bit excited and at awe.

He has a place in manhattan 5th east not far from "the donald" tower. Apparently, toronto is a steal. I beg to differ....it's all ridiculously over priced but as he often says...values are determined by what consumers are willing to pay. It's all fictitious and driven by passion, greed, wants and wills.
