Anybody know where you can buy Techron in GTA? I will admit that I am lazy & haven't searched far & wide but Napa & Cdn Tire don't have it & it is a Chevron product.

All I've seen is the crappy generic injector cleaner & guys seem to rave about this.

ian, here in montreal it is available in petro-canadas super, tecron is their choice of injector cleaner, so i use it exclusively. i m sure they use the same cocktail in ontario, hope this helps, gf

I was looking for the Techron 'treatment' that many US guys rave about for cleaning the fuel injectors rather than a regular gas additive. But, the Petrocan site says:

"Tactrol - Because A Cleaner Engine Simply Runs Better

Tactrol* is our exclusive deposit control additive that acts as a detergent to clean and prevent the build-up of harmful deposits . . . . balh . . . blah . . . We also sell Tactrol by the bottle for those rare times when you can't buy your gasoline at Petro-Canada and want to continue to get the benefits of cleaning your engine."

Might be similar . . .
