What happened to the roof? Ouch!

Very nice car, unfortunately my 50 something convertable purchase will have to wait a few more years...

Some kids I assume slashed the roof. It has now been replaced with a brand new roof from Porsche ($4100 later heh).

Thanks for the kind words.

Take it up with the moderator I contacted. I am sure he will be in touch with you.

Wow, I hope the rest of the board takes note of how childish and petty you are.

by the way YY930....who said you can't try to sell your own car on rennlist?? He is not a store trying to make a profit, but a member trying to do another rennlister a favor......so take it easy

Still see the thread, so I guess the moderator didn't have an issue with it either.

Hmmm...

Nice Machine Mark , not what I am looking for but vey nice all the same .. how is it to keep white clean on a car ?
My wife had a white car once and hated it ... and since she is the financial manager ... now you know why it is not quite what I am looking for :-)

Good luck with the car...

PS the Calgary guy just made a HUGE mistake , not by what he asked (as he is a paying sponsor, and was probably a fair question to ask if this is allowed ), but the totally unprofesional manner and customer "defocussed" way in which he acted .

Thanks for the comments.

I've gotta say that after silver, white is the EASIEST colour to keep clean possible. It's amazing. I'm completely **** about keeping my car fastidiously clean, and it's simply the best colour without a doubt. After a few days of driving after it's cleaned, it still looks really clean until you get 1' away or run your finger over it. When it's a little dirty, it looks like a nice clean white car, when it's clean it simply sparkles - it's unbelievable.

I feel the same way about the Mr. Calgary - a simple question or inquiry instead of an outright attack would've been a justified and appropriate response.

Stop focussing on other things guys, what do you say, back to the listing?
Anyways, looks like a nice car. i have to agree on white, it does hide lots of on road dirt well - it's when you're taking dirt roads and splashing mud and dust all over it that it becomes an issue - but how often does that issue come up with a 911 cabrio?
