Rennlister in the Toronto area
Hi folks,
I've being looking to find a Mint 993TT for a while now. Looking for a 97 Artic Silver one but no luck so far... Anyway, there is a new listing in the Scarborough area. This US car is black with 44K miles, sold by a used car dealer (Bieri).
If you happen to live in that area and have some little time to spare, I would like to have somebody looking at the car (visual inspection) before I travel 800KM to look at it.... please send me an email to psamson2@gmail.com if it is feasible for you.
If you know that particular car or if you know somebody that might want to sell what I'm looking for, let me know!!

This might be a long shot ....
and you may have already seen this one. It's an old post but there was never any update to the ad ... like "sold" or "off the market" so there's a small chance it might still be around.

Great lead!! Bit over priced but look in very good shape... I did send a mail to the person.

That is pretty well what I thought this car ould go for , Pierre waht did you feel cars like this would be worth ( this has always been my favorite )

No problem. As far as the price goes, I don't think he's too far out. Being a 97, Silver and a Canadian car, it's a bit of a supply and demand issue I guess. It looks like a private sale too so perhaps you can save some tax.
As far as Bieri goes, it's a few hours away so unfortunately I can't assist but I'm sure there's someone here that can.

I spoke to the owner of the silver car last summer. Nice car, some paint work on the front fenders and bumper cover and a few small bubbles showing on the fenders based on his description. He was firm on his price as he paid over $130K or so if memory serves me correctly 2 years ealier from the local dealer. I believe he still has the car. Nice guy to speak with.
The black car at Bieri has been there since last summer also, but I didn't check it out as I prefer a private sale.

Iceman, I've being shoping for a while now. Nice & clean Turbos with full history are selling for around 95K$ these days. I missed one a few months ago, sold by a Mtl dealer for 92K$ with less than 50KM If I remember well.
The US exchange rate is definitely what is putting some pressure on the price of our cars.
I have a 1995 Carrera cabrio for sale. They used to sell for 55K$ + 2 years ago. I'm not expecting to get that price in a few months...

He was going to place an ad in the PCA mag in Feb. I
didnt buy it bec I was holding out for silver, but I was
really close to grabbing it bec of the quality of both
the car and it's owner.
I would be surprised it were still available, but you never

btw for the record:
45K on the Bieri car. A repaint - not a great one either. Accident in the front & replacement front valence. Sold in Houston in 95 & imported in 2000 by the Toy Store. Minimal records.

Pierre, contact Asgar @ 604-738-3911 or through www.weissach.com to keep an eye out for you. They only deal in perfect cars and always seem to find these amazing low mileage cars. Shipping to Ontario would be $1500 and it's a non-issue.
