Porscheman,
2001 tripple black, sport package one owner. ppi done, needed scheduled major service , had that thrown in as part of the deal (paperwork is important) done at Downtown fine cars. Every issue addressed cost seller about 2300.00 No history of rear main leak and none now. Car is incredibly clean. Then again I think I kwow what to look for. Over the years I've owned 5 different 911's 1976,1978, 1984 cab, 1989 c4,1986 turbo, I love the 911 but the boxster turned out to be just as much fun with a little more refinement.
Mducharme.

Sounds like a real beauty. Next time I'm looking I should bring you along you definitely have the experience. I started looking for one in March and finely found this one in the middle of September. I saw a lot of porrly maintained vehicles out there. And the nice ones were all more than I could afford until this one came along. Do you store yours in the winter?

I guess I semi store I don't take the battery out and remove driving insurance. If it's a clear day (no snow) I might be tempted to take it for a ride.
Never know when I might feel like doing something to it. Nothing like putting that new performance exhaust on and having to wait till spring to try it out. You know what I mean..........

I know exactly what you mean. I did the same, I kept the insurance for those kind of days. I found myself a winter beater for days like today. Do you just leave it parked in the garage and do you put plastic under it for the dampness. Please let me know how to get in touch with you. I'll be checking back regularly since it's kind of a slow day here at work with the U.S. being off.

Dexter Autosport is also running some lapping afternoons/days in SW Ontario. Low cost, good tracks to learn on (Toronto Motorsports Park--Cayuga and Dunnville), courteous participants and instruction available. I organize the SW Ont. events. Contact me at gaunt@nornet.on.ca with questions and to give me your email to add to the mailing list, if you are interested. Or, call me @ 519-875-2719. IMO these tracks are far better than Mosport to learn on.
FYI.
