I would suggest that you call the US Embassy in Ottawa. I'm sure they would direct you to the appropriate branche...Do not bow down to this croock, take your time and go easy. "Baby steps" do work, just make one or two calls in a week, between those calls, forget about it and let the "Quantum Matrix/Feild" do its thing. If no one does anything about it, he will do it again and again....I would say good luck, but it as nothing to do with that. It as to do with your intention and leting it happen without resistance. I know it sound simplistic and far fetch..Just ty it.
