1973 914-2.0 For Sale in Vancouver
Asking $9500 obo
Beautiful un-molested 1973 914-2.0 imported from Southern California last summer. The most desirable 4-cylinder 914 year and motor. All stock (except for dealer installed sport exhaust), with all factory options installed.
130,000 on body, 5000 on Porsche master tech rebuilt motor. Just finished $2000 in work at Targa Performance in North Van which encompassed a full mechanical and safety inspection -- everything works (including a brand new windshield defroster motor), and the car is in excellent shape. It is truly a joy to drive, but I can't afford to keep it (tax man cometh). Paid close to $10k last summer and once you add on the work done (you can do the math) you can see that my loss is your gain -- especially since I have barely gotten to drive it aside from getting it home from Los Angeles.
I will be insuring the car for test drives starting tomorrow (Friday April 7th) through to Monday. Feel free to come and take a look at it. You will want to get this car before someone else and be ready for a great Vancouver spring and summer of top-off motoring!

Derek; I may be interested.
Could you give me an idea as to:
-additional pictures? Specifically engine bay, battery tray (hellhole), undercarriage, interior.
-rust on the vehicle? Or any other trouble spots?
-mileage quoted in KM or miles? (california car)
-documented maintenance history?
-any issues arising from the safety inspection?
-any collisions?
