I took my car out yesterday for the first time in 4 months and it looks like all the nice cars are coming out from their winter slumber...

Seen yesterday all within an hours time were: 2003 Silver C4S on 1st Street SW, Red 964 C2 Cab on 17th. Ave, 2005 Blue 997 on 17th. Ave and Blue 964 C2 Cab with personalized plates "SEEEYA" on 4th. Street SW...

The Red C2, Myself and the 997 were all at the lights at the same time....Very cool to see 3 generations all together (964, 993 and 997)...

God, I love these cars and Spring...

Hey Pete, didn't know you were on the board. I'm Ryan, I met you at one of the solo events last year. I think that was the first event after you picked up your car. Anyways I saw the elusive Gemballa 930 on Kensington today. Also saw a 3.2 targa and a nice copper boxster.

Anyways, if you guys ever wanna do coffee let me know. I think a few of these cars parked outside a Starbucks or HigherGround would be pretty cool; while we're inside talking about them. Just a thought.

....I forgot to mention I also saw a sweet Silver 356 Speedster...not sure if it was a kit or not but really sweet looking....There's a guy somewhere in my hood that has a yellow 356 speedster too...I gotta put my camera in my car....

Hey Peter, the car isn't quite back together yet. Just a few more things need to be done to it. Anyways glad to see your car is out, it's always nice to see your 993 out on the roads. Im surprised you spotted a 356, I've never seen one in Calgary. We'll have to hit up one of the local Pelican board meets. Rob951, I don't believe we've ever met, what part of town do you live in? I may have spotted your car up on 17th ave SW near the Kilarnee area last fall.

I live in the southwest but I make it downtown quite a bit. And no, we haven't met, I don't think. We should all remedy that though. Coffee?? I'm on holidays 'till the 11th. Let me know.

I saw an early model 928 leaving auto value as I was pulling up. I was in my nissan so there wasn't an opportunity to strike up a conversation. His license plate said INVSTWK. I'm not sure if that signified his job or the amount of money for repairs he had into that car.
