As a suggestion, read the current thread on the 964 forum about high mileage 964's. There may be no reason the shy away from a car with over 100k miles IF the appropriate work has been done so far.
In fact, the year of the car and what work has been done (top end? clutch? DMF? etc.) may be a better indication of the car's health than purely the mileage.

I don't disagree Marc.......but I want to resell it at some point, it's not a keeper..........and unfortunately, regardless of what work is done, or needs to be done.........if you have a 12 inch stack of records but can't get someone past the mileage reading on the odometer reading at resale time, the car is saleproof.
I have found the limit to be under 100 kms for a rapid resale..........
