Drove by the intersection of Broadway and Arbutus about 5:30 pm last night. Saw a car stuck on the median getting hauled off by a tow truck. At first I thought it was a Ferrari 360 but as I got closer, it looked a lot like a Carrera GT. The colour was metallic grey.
Anyone else saw it?

Yeah I was told elsewhere it was Dick's car. I met him once at MCL in August for the 997 rollout. He had his car in the show room along with a couple of 997s that were on display. I think that for someone to display thier car for fellow P-car enthusiasts is a really nice gesture. He had no incentive to do it, other than to share his joy with others. The car does sound awsome too.
As far as I'm concerned, those people that don't know him and have made snap comments about him based on the car he drives or the incidents he was involved in: well, those people should keep thier mouths shut.
I live right close to broadway and arbutus... That intersection is a PAIN in the ***. I'm not at all surprised that such an accident could happen there. Apparently he was forced into it by an SUV that didn't stop.
Question is how bad is the damage, and how will it get repaired. I wonder how much the car will be devalued too.
