New GT3 S/C
Not for me either tbh. The internet is currently loosing their minds about the S/C. But, I like how Harris rationalizes this car in the review. It's true, hearing that 4L flat 6 exhaust note bounce off the landscape as you're cruising around would be quite the event.

Yes, it's philosophically complicated. I have no real issue with a drop-top GT car, but the 911 Cab (especially top down) is to me the least attractive of ALL the 911 variants. Need/or want an open-air GT car to hear the (swan) song of an NA flat 6?? The 718 SpyderRS is the better option in my view...looks great, sounds amazing, a whole lot cheaper than a GT3 SC and...drum roll, please...readily available new or used.

Listening to Chris talk about how he likes convertibles more as he gets older hit home. I have no idea what it is but the second I hit my mid-30s I suddenly started liking convertibles.
I just think for the vast majority of people, the ability to drop the roof on their special car makes it just a bit more special. Top-down, late summer, and the sound of that NA flat 6 bouncing off the mountains? I can see the appeal.

I'm about to turn 50 this summer and just bought a 718 Spyder so I get what Chris is saying. Heck, if my Spyder is this good I can only imagine how crazy good this GT3 S/C will be....same formula!
