Default Porscheplatz

I’m heading to the IMSA race in July. Does anyone know if they’re having the Porscheplatz tent this year?
I can’t find any info including the UCR site.

I believe they do it every year. This year should be no different.

Thanks all,
I sent an email to the UCR pres. today and I’ll see what he says. The only thing I saw was the Porsche Corral for that weekend. My stepson has a sudden interest in motorsports and wants to go. Good thing I’m still a member.

I would assume that if the Porsche Corral is there, it's likely they will have a Porscheplatz too.

I saw @Bud Fox post earlier in this thread but his post is gone. Did something happen?

Edit: All his posts are gone.

Keep an eye on CTMP's web page for info. Should be soon.
I've attended the last 1/2 dozen years.
Always a good time with reps from Mobil 1 & Michelin attending.
Raffles, giveaways, although lunch was only provide on Sundays race day vs Saturday as well in the past.
Parade lap is fun except for the few rubber banding clowns that always seem to show up.

To put a bow on this, Porscheplatz tickets are now available.

Great news! Brian 162 - I may see you there depending on whether I can juggle out my personal schedule.

I read in a recent article of Panorama Magazine that PCA UCR past president Katherine Menge became the chair on the PCA to represent hospitality and was responsible for setting up Porscheplatz.

Indeed, Kathrin started this year as Porscheplatz Chair for the PCA (Mike Bryan is the new Zone 1 PCA Rep as well for any who know him)

The Platz is a G for go : - IMSA Porscheplatz @ CTMP details on the UCR site

See you there!

From the PCA UCR website:

"Parade laps for you to drive your Porsche on the track will happen during the weekend, usually early Sunday"

As an alternative, if you are interested in doing a parade lap, UCR is hosting one during Family Day during the Club Race on Sunday, June 29.
