Just wanted to mention that I had a very positive service experience at Porsche Centre Oakville last week. Mike was my service advisor and he was very responsive. Nice young man took my Macan S in and another nice young woman handled the paperwork when it was ready to be picked up. I had my 60K service completed, seasonal tire swap, plus a headlight fastener recall and some warranty work on my rear door mechanism. They also did a full complimentary detail to compensate me for a problem that I had with my previous service. Since the pandemic started, I've had a number of small service issues with PCO, but this one went without a glitch. Hopefully, a sign of more positive experiences to come. My only complaint is with Mother Nature. My Macan was gleaming when I picked it up...and that lasted about 3 minutes thanks to the rain!

Good to see positive review. I think we can sometimes be influenced when there are lots of complaints into thinking that the sky is falling
