not Pfaff.

Porsche Centre Vaughan. Name changed few months ago. Pfaff going away from a branding POV as it’s Lithia owned. And most other centres follow that naming convention

Name has changed but it is still Pfaff. He is the President/CEO at Markham + Vaughan even if he isn't ultimately in charge anymore. Get the branding has changed but their 'unique approach' to sales has not. If anything it has gotten worse under Lithia.

That's right, he's part of management. But it's not a Pfaff dealership and Pfaff doesn't own it. That's the only point I was making in relation to your other post.

Not sure what Lithia stands for or what they promote as their advantage. Parts and service is great, my recent sales experience wasn't that bad given all aspects of the process. Other than the RFR that was sprung on me. Which yes taints the overall experience.

Yeah fair enough. Pfaff owned or not, their antics of late have soured me on anything affiliated with them.
